Must Reads For July!!!!

For those who have yet to hear: There are some absolute MUST reads being released this month!

You can never go wrong with a read by Gena Showalter, her latest release "Seduce The Darkness is an absolute must! Taking place after a world changing war, McKell (beautiful Vampire), seeks other vampires. Devyn, King of the Targons, claims to know where they have all gone. In a nutshell, Devyn tries to add Bride to his collection of women. But she has other ideas on that subject. She becomes his obsession, but will they be torn apart when it's discovered that her blood can cure an entire race? Or will love conquer all?

Another book out this month is "Dragons Prefer Blondes" by Candace Havens--a new author for me, but this one sounds WAY too good to ignore! Picture the movie version of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer". A well to do socialite who, instead of battling vampires, wages war against dragons. As if that isn't enough of a challenge, the Dragon Warrior Ginjin--the same warrior who has tried to kill her several times already--chooses her to be his mate! What's a girl to do? Hire a hottie that happens to be the head of a security company as a bodyguard! Which one to choose....human hottie or the Dragon that tried to kill you?

The final book in Christine Feehan's Drake Siters Series, "Hidden Currents", is also being released this month. It is the story of youngest sister Elle and her romance with town deputy Jackson Deveau. The quiet, deadly man whom she has a past connection with. I, for one, am hoping Christine extends this series into the next generation or perhaps a spin-off of some of her secondary characters.

Coming August 25th is the release date for "The Darkest Whisper", the latest installment of The Lords of the Underworld series by Gena Showalter! I have read all but the first installment in this series and let me tell you, these are some of the most fascinating hunks this side of the Underworld!

The series centers around a group of Greek Guardians who were the ones to have opened Pandora's box (another Guardian whom they killed). As punishment, they became the keepers of the world's ills and misfortunes.

"The Darkest Whisper" is the story of Sabin, the keeper of Doubt. The demon of Doubt, which resides in Sabin's warrior body, instills mistrust and doubt in everyone---icluding Sabin. How can a woman actually fall for someone when she doubts his love for her, doubts his fidelity, the very soul of the man she loves?
